1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They help sites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and track referrals. Beyond cookies, websites can also use browser localStorage and sessionStorage to store data locally on your device.
This policy explains every cookie and local storage entry Udayta sets, why each exists, and how you can control or delete them.

2c. No Advertising or Analytics Cookies
Udayta does not use any of the following:
- Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies
- Meta Pixel (Facebook) cookies
- TikTok, Pinterest, or other social retargeting pixels
- Third-party behavioral profiling cookies
- Cross-site advertising cookies of any kind
3. Browser Local Storage
In addition to cookies, Udayta may store small amounts of data in your browser's localStorage for the following purposes:
- SmartMatch preferences: Your most recent service category, city, and date selections may be saved locally so the search form remembers your last choices between visits.
- Supabase Auth tokens: Supabase's client SDK may store session data in localStorage as a fallback for browsers that restrict third-party cookies. This is controlled by Supabase's client library.
You can clear localStorage at any time via your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → www.udayta.com → Clear).
4. How to Control Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie settings. Here's how to access cookie controls in common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Note: Blocking essential authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to Udayta.

5. Changes to This Policy
If we change the cookies or local storage entries we use, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in our Privacy Policy update notice.
